We will absolutely return to the Kokomo Retreat house. Getting to and from the beach was made very easy thanks to the private golf cart, and the house was clean and comfy to stay in! Perfect for 3 small families with 5 young children (all under the age of 9).

This place was not only beautiful but the service was top notch. We had an unforgettable long weekend here. Stephanie, our reservation coordinator was in contact with us by 7 am with all the details for accessing and utilizing the condo making our late night arrival seamless. I spent two months at Kokomo Retreat. I’ve been spending the winters and renting in Destin for years and this was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The house was in great shape and the location was right in the middle of where everything is yet it was one of the quietest places…

Great stay at a great location. Right next to the beach with an easy walk. Also, right next to the crab shack at the beach with easy beach access or golf-cart parking (we drove the cart to park at the crab shack beach entrance every day, added bonus of having a bar on the beach). Would recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was fantastic! It easily accommodated our group of 10 with 5 kids and 5 adults. The golf cart and private pool were amazing bonuses we enjoyed every day!
